Our VMS Middle School students, teachers and chaperones enjoyed a fascinating trip to Washington DC. As part of our program, once in a three year cycle while studying US history, each Middle School student produces an extensive research project relating to the history of our nation on a chosen topic. As a culmination of that study, they have the opportunity to be immersed in our nation’s history during this trip and truly have an experience of a lifetime!
Upon their return, the students will create a History Fair to share their excitement, discoveries and expertise on their selected topic with the entire VMS community. Please mark your calendars for June 1 to stop by the VMS gym and experience our Middle School History Fair!
