Over the past 30 years, Ann Clark has served Valley Montessori School and its students in a wide range of capacities, including: Head of School, Associate Head of School, Director of Early Childhood Education and teacher. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development, a Master of Education degree from College of Notre Dame, a Montessori Primary Credential and a Montessori Administrator Credential. She has been a lecturer in Montessori education and administration at St. Mary’s College, Moraga, at the College of New Rochelle, New York, and served on the American Montessori Association (AMS) national school accreditation team. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Innovation Tri-Valley, a network of local business leaders working to advance the business climate and quality of life in the Tri-Valley. In addition to her love of children, Ann is passionate about cooking, painting, gardening, reading, spending time in the outdoors and with her family.
