Over the past 30 years, Ann Clark has served Valley Montessori School and its students in a wide range of capacities, including: teacher, Director of Early Childhood Education, Parent Relations, Student Services, as a member of the governing Board of Trustees, and as Associate Head of School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A. 1977) in Child Development, a Master of Education degree (M.Ed. 1986) from the College of Notre Dame, and is credentialed in Montessori Primary Education and Montessori School Administration. She has been a lecturer in Montessori education and administration at St. Mary’s College, Moraga, at the College of New Rochelle, New York, and served on the American Montessori Association (AMS) national school accreditation team. In addition to her love of children, Ann is passionate about cooking, painting, gardening, reading, spending time in the outdoors and with her family.
